01 / Marketplace
Browse-only previewSancire Market
A marketplace for software projects to acquire or license: applications, developer tools, automation, and working prototypes. Explore the preview while we prepare to open listings.
Explore the marketplace and our internal project previews. No projects are offered for sale at this stage.

About listingPublic browsing is open. Accounts, listings, and enquiries are not open yet. Payments, escrow, and project transfers are not handled by the marketplace.
Marketplace rules02 / Research focus
We study the choices that connect intelligence to the world: the evidence it uses, the actions it can take, how people direct it, and the software that supports it.
Reasoning, memory, and tool use.
How models retain relevant context, choose between possible actions, and evaluate the results of their decisions.
03 / In development
Alongside the marketplace, our own research continues. Covenant examines what evidence justifies. Signal Research tests whether observed patterns survive new data. Both turn research into software that can be inspected and challenged.
Working prototype
A decision engine, signed-source gateway, and separate reference checker. Missing evidence and contradictory records stay distinct, with a reproducible record of the result.
Explore CovenantExperimental system
A market-data research system with chronological comparisons, paper-execution accounting, and registered forward experiments. A research instrument, not a claim of proven returns.
Open project brief04 / Method
We judge an idea by what it changes for the person using it. That means comparing it with existing approaches and testing accuracy, speed, cost, and ease of use.
Start with a task people struggle to complete and a technical change that could make a better approach possible.
What becomes easier, faster, or newly possible for the person using it?
Make the smallest working prototype that can show whether the approach is sound. Compare it with the existing way of doing the task.
Does this improve on what someone can already do?
Vary the inputs, interrupt the workflow, and test recovery when things go wrong. Examine accuracy, response time, cost, and human oversight.
Where does performance fall short, and how does the system respond?
Develop behavior, interface, and infrastructure together. Improve what the tests reveal, and keep evaluating as the system changes.
Can someone use it, understand it, and recover when it fails?
